The use of the Website means that the Visitor has unconditionally accepted the Terms of Use, which he is requested to read carefully.

2. Binding nature – Modification of terms of use

The Terms of Use will be deemed to have been accepted when a Visitor accesses and navigates our website. Such acceptance means the express, unconditional, and irrevocable agreement on the part of the Visitor to comply with these Terms of Use.

If any third party takes legal action against the Company for violation of any legal interest of that third party, which derives from the provisions of the Terms of Use regarding the scope of the Visitor’s liability, the Company reserves the right to seek legal remedies against the Visitor.  7. Payment Policy

The use of a credit/debit card as a guarantee to confirm the reservation is required at the time of booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Guest must present the credit/debit card used for the reservation, accompanied by identification documents, e.g. ID card, passport, etc. Please note that all payments to the Company will be made exclusively in the local currency.

 8. Insurance

The Company recommends that guests making a reservation seek and take out Travel Insurance, which covers, as non-limiting examples, loss of income due to cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, theft of money and medical expenses.

 9. General Terms

The Terms of Use and the rules referred to in the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Visitor and the Company regarding the use of the website.

The Terms of Use, including their amendments, are governed and supplemented, when necessary, by Greek and Community Law, as well as by the relevant international conventions, while the Greek Courts are competent.

The Company constantly aims to resolve any dispute that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and application of these terms of use amicably and out of court.
